From 50 to 350, POSTOAK can accommodate intimate dinners to traditional receptions! Our packages allow for easy planning and budgeting to help you stay on track.
Let us worry about the heavy lifting! Literally! Our staff sets up the ceremony and reception, services the event and cleans up. This allows your family to be together instead of moving chairs and finding serving spoons.
Extras make a difference. A wide selection of linen colors and napkins are included in the package. Choose a color that compliments your theme, without breaking the bank. No counting tables, chairs, flatware, china and glassware if your numbers go up or down- we take care of that. Punch? Check! Gift table? Check! Dance Floor? Check! Many “little things” one needs for a complete reception are included. You get to focus on your family and friends.
Add-on only what you want! What is your vision? Add-ons to your package can include cocktail hors d’oeuvres, bar service (beer, wine, cocktails), champagne toast, specialty lighting and draping, late night snacks, and those other special custom amenities unique to your wedding! If you can dream it- we can do it!
Enhanced by the flagstone wall, view of the pool and waterfall, and sliding glass door to the Oaks at Aspen, this room is perfect for smaller ceremonies and receptions.
Floor to ceiling windows, skylights and cathedral ceiling make this space our most popular reception room. With easy access from the Oaks at Evergreen for the ceremony and cocktail hour and the Great Room for overflow, there's lots of room for creativity!
Used primarily for overflow or indoor ceremonies, this room can be added for a premium if used as the main reception room. Numerous skylights, wood accents, built-in bar and a 2-story stone fireplace provide rustic & dramatic elegance.
Brides love to decorate the 2-story fireplace in this room filled with rustic charm. From the wood floors to the craftsman style chandeliers, the Dining Room opens to the Great Room for overflow and a built-in bar.
